Old School Friday #95 ~If I Could Sing...~!

Happy Friday Everyone! Welcome to Regina's Old School Friday Spot! The music was taking over my other blog so I felt it was only fitting that Old School Friday get it's own place!!
I never really wanted to be a singer, the thought just never crossed my mind. BUT what if I could sing?
Today's theme is "If I Could Sing, I'd Want To Sound Like...!!"

I'm interested to see what my fellow OSFers post for this theme...

Ms Grapevine and MsMarvalus have teamed up to create a meme titled Old School Friday. To join in the Old School Friday Fun go HERE for guidelines. We have lost A LOT of our Old School Colleagues so if I mistakenly removed you please let me know! Here are the other OSF Participants:

- Ms Grapevine -Nordette - CCG --

- Dallassouth - Regina -

MsMarvalus - Clnmike - Vivrant Thing

- SJP -Thembi - D Spot -

-Pop Art Diva - - MsLadyDeborah -

Back in the mid 80's when I first became saved I used to listen to this woman sing for hours. The depth, strength and feeling in her voice is unmatched!
Awesome God - Helen Baylor

This was another favorite artist of my in the 80's. This was one of my favorite songs back then and it still is now!
What Should I Do - Tramaine Hawkins

Have An AWESOME Weekend!

Oh, wow! You have two wonderful choices here. Helen's voice has a very pleasing tone but Ms. Tramaine gives me chills. :-) I call that a jump-over-the-pews voice.

I didn't even consider gospel because there are so many singers who sing under an anointing that I wouldn't be able to choose. I'd be on YouTube all day trying to make up my mind. LOL.

Happy OSF!

All right Regina,

I love your choices! There is nothing like some Gospel to end up the week.

Happy OSF to you!
